ISED Women's Business Center

The ISED Women’s Business Center supports small business owners as they launch or expand their businesses. The program provides in-depth business planning workshops, special topic seminars, and one-on-one technical assistance to entrepreneurs across Iowa.

We work with local experts and other community partners to provide specialized information and support in the areas of: 

•  Targeted Small Business Certification    •  Capturing New Markets
•  Government Procurement Assistance •  Financial Management
•  Organization and Management Assistance •  Access to Capital
•  Human Resource Development •  Using Online Resources
 
 

Comprehensive Business Training
Business training covers the fundamentals of business to include the development and refinement of a business plan, marketing plan, and financial statements.
 

Individual Business Coaching and Counseling
Personalized assistance is provided to meet the unique needs of each entrepreneur.
